Research Assignment: Communicate with the Artist
4' x 8' acrylic painting
Referencing Lichtenstein's 1963 In the Car, his signature style and the 1965 series Brush Strokes.
The woman's hair, jacket and eye colour have been altered to reflect my own - placing myself in the painting alongside the driver in order to "communicate with the artist."
